Here are some of the businesses we have had the pleasure of working with!
We had the honor to work with the wonderful Val Miller, our main contact to Amazon. Our work with Val and the help of Tasha Fuller, Aukema’s mother and Posse Empowerment representative led to the donation of $1,500 from Amazon. The money is/will be used to advance programs, provide materials for volunteers and participants, and so much more. There’s a possibility that Posse Empowerment and Amazon will work together again in the future.
After an interview with Dominique Meeks Gombe, amazing person and employee of Micron,we took it a step further and set up a small panel for our MINT program. Dominique gathered several of her coworkers and with a general guideline we had a ball. The panel talked for a moment and then it was opened for participants to ask questions. Overall the experience was great and we hope we can work with Micron again in the future. Here you can watch our interview with Process Engineer, Ida Habtemichael.
