WELCOME TO POSSE EMPOWERMENT

Posse Empowerment is a female-led organization designed to Expose, Engage and Encourage females to explore careers and opportunities in the fields of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math). Through our efforts we seek to create equitable representation of females in the STEAM industry.

Our Programs

Little steam

This program is designed to introduce girls in grades K-8 to the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math. 

Mint Program

The MINT Program is designed to pair LittleSTEAM participants (Little Buddies) with female High School Mentors (Big Buddies).
